All of our photo magnets are custom-made just for you. Because of the personalization, please allow 2-3 business days for production before your item ships. 

You will receive an email for your purchase with shipping information. 

Shipping Policy

At Magnetic Memory Lane, we ship all our orders via USPS to ensure reliable and affordable delivery across the U.S. Once it is shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is on its way. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. 

Lost or delayed packages

While we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, we are happy to help you file a claim or locate your package if needed. If your order shows delievered but can not be found, please contact your local USPS office first, then reach out to us if the issue is not resolved. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for package lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
